Specification Summary
| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| Object Model | A Decision Packet binds decision context, trigger, timeline, evidence links, unknowns, alternatives, authority, consequence, approval, replay and outcome in one auditable object. The packet is vendor-neutral. It can reference observability, ticketing, topology, customer impact, finance or workforce systems without replacing them. Each packet carries a disclosure class so public, partner and private evidence remain separated. |
| Validation | A packet is invalid when it lacks a decision owner, evidence lineage, unknown register, approval boundary or replay status. A packet can be valid with UNKNOWN outcome if that uncertainty is explicitly preserved. Immutability is implemented by versioning and lineage, not by hiding corrections. |
