Specification Summary
| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| Evidence Taxonomy | Evidence classes include telemetry, logs, tickets, topology, customer impact, SLA, workforce, finance, maintenance, security and human decision notes. Each evidence item carries source identity, timestamp, validation state, independence class, lineage and disclosure class. Derived artifacts cannot be counted as independent raw evidence unless source lineage is preserved. |
| Failure Preservation | Failures are kept as engineering evidence when they reveal a real limitation or unsafe conclusion path. The library distinguishes observed failure, root cause, correction, regression status and remaining risk. Preserved defects improve trust because they prevent hidden metric chasing. |
QA Gates
- source class gate
- lineage gate
- duplicate evidence gate
