Founding ISP Programme / blind operational replay
Hide the outcome. Freeze the decision. Then compare it with reality.
A confidential blind operational replay for five founding internet service providers. Raven runs beside the existing operational stack, using only pre-decision evidence from a closed historical incident before the real cause and outcome are revealed.
Replay sequence
The answer stays hidden until the decision is frozen.
Most post-incident reviews begin after the answer is already known. This programme tests whether the evidence available at the time could have supported an earlier, better-qualified and more defensible decision.
- Select a closed incident
- Separate pre-decision evidence
- Hide the real cause and outcome
- Run Raven analysis
- Freeze the Decision Packet
- Reveal historical ground truth
- Compare and document the result
Qualification
Five programme places are available only to companies that pass the Data Sufficiency Gate. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve a place.
The gate protects both sides: if the evidence is not sufficient for a defensible blind replay, the case is not counted as one of the five programme places.
