RavenOperational Decision Runtime

Runtime readiness boundary

What can be finished before a customer, and what cannot be faked

Raven can be prepared on synthetic tenants so a pilot starts from configuration, not architecture. The final production gate still requires a named customer, approved sources, real identity, real audit storage and legal boundaries.

Status synthetic-ready Boundary customer-required for production Authority human approval

Reference production environment

Tenant registryReference tenants exist for ISP, Telco and Cloud/AI. A real pilot adds legal customer name, source owner, package and activation state.
RBAC policyOwner, customer manager, technician, finance and viewer actions are separated. Real production needs IdP/MFA and delegated customer roles.
Audit writerEvery decision needs actor, evidence, limit, MTC/local time and approval result. Production requires durable append-only storage.
Durable event storeIncident, report, calendar, credit and assistant-action events are tenant-scoped. Real storage and retention are customer-required.

Runtime safety skeleton

Idempotency storeDuplicate provider, payment, mail, report and activation actions must not create duplicate outcomes.
Outbox workersOutbound mail, report export, owner notification and provider events stay queued until the approved boundary exists.
Recovery queueFailed provider, report, export or runtime actions move to owner-visible recovery instead of silently continuing.
Restore drillSource, ontology, contracts, public build, apps, reports and runbooks must be restorable before production.

Commercial and application boundary

Billing and creditsMira owns packages, credits, quote approval and financial documents. Public demos do not activate live payment.
Customer activationA named customer pilot starts read-only or offline, with data room, DPA if needed, source inventory and pilot checklist.
ApplicationsCustomer, operator and technician apps are synthetic demos. Real app release requires auth, tenant config, signed channel and backend.
Production gateNo production execution, customer write, live collector or live payment exists until signed scope and human approval are complete.
