Trust / Source boundary
What Raven may review before a customer pilot
This page defines the public-safe boundary between research, offline review, controlled pilot and production. It exists so a visitor can understand what Raven can show without hidden access, customer sensitive credentials or automatic execution.
Allowed before customer-specific access
Public researchFindings, public-safe problem framing, synthetic references and evidence methodology.
Synthetic reference tenantRealistic sample environments, reports, applications and decision paths that do not claim customer savings.
Approved exportsCSV, XLSX, JSON, logs, ticket history or incident records provided deliberately for an offline review.
Human-approved briefingDiscussion of scope, role, trust boundary, pilot readiness and commercial path without production action.
Blocked from the public website
No hidden collectorThe public website does not create live collectors, request VPN access or ask for administrator credentials.
No automatic executionRaven can present evidence and recommendations; production actions require a customer-approved workflow and human authority.
No customer-specific ROI claimPublic pages can show models, synthetic values and questions. Customer-specific savings require customer evidence.
No MTZ internalsRaven may name MTZ as a proprietary method, but public pages do not disclose implementation know-how.
Safe ways to start
Free controlled research pilotRead-only or offline-first, with named scope, no automatic execution and human approval gates.
Paid offline Operational Intelligence ReviewA dossier-style report from approved exports before live integration or procurement effort.
Production preparationTenant, RBAC, audit, retention, DPA, support, billing and recovery are validated only after customer scope is known.
Decision authority
Raven prepares the decision packet: problem, evidence, options, recommendation, confidence and limits. The human approves the decision. Mira handles package, credit, invoice and payment language when the conversation becomes financial.
