Raven Internal Qualification

This page exists to make the maturity path legible. It shows how Raven moved from architecture and V&V work through runtime qualification, defect closure, operational twins and public evidence release. It does not state that Raven is externally certified or production-proven.

01

Formal V&V

Requirements, interface contracts and proof boundaries were separated before public communication.

02

Continuous assurance

Regression and configuration status were recorded without converting internal evidence into external validation.

03

Runtime qualification

Runtime components were classified honestly as executed, synthetic, fixture, static or contract-only where applicable.

04

Defect closure

Closed, partial, external-review and pilot-required defects remain visibly separated.

05

Synthetic operational twin V1

Regional ISP synthetic operation tested decision packet behaviour before customer access.

06

Synthetic operational twin V2

100 blind synthetic scenarios tested operational decisions and safe uncertainty in bounded conditions.

07

Public evidence release

Public pages expose Findings, test families and limits without disclosing protected implementation details.

Psychological and enterprise reading paths

First 5 seconds

Need: The page must answer: Raven has evidence, there are 26 Findings, and the proof is bounded.

Current answer: Hero count cards, larger centered logo and the first Finding map now reduce orientation cost.

First 30 seconds

Need: A visitor should find the first useful path without reading every paragraph.

Current answer: Start-here badges, Technical/Business/Methodology grouping and report/test links support information foraging.

CTO / CIO

Need: Looks for architecture honesty, execution status, component boundaries and whether claims are overextended.

Current answer: Internal qualification timeline and component-honesty language increase trust; customer pilot remains required.

CEO / Investor

Need: Looks for category strength, proof maturity and commercial next step.

Current answer: Business Findings and read-only pilot boundary frame a credible next move without aggressive selling.

Network / NOC / SOC

Need: Looks for operational failure modes and whether Raven understands uncertainty.

Current answer: Technical Findings emphasize safe uncertainty, replay lineage and evidence independence.

Partner / Procurement

Need: Looks for risk, scope, proof boundary and next step.

Current answer: Boundary language, current evidence report and pilot path lower perceived procurement risk.

Certification boundary

Internal qualification helps a reviewer understand maturity and proof limits. External audit, customer-specific validation, production activation and quantified customer ROI remain separate future gates.
