Raven Operational Decision Runtime

Enterprise architecture, public-safe

Architecture Overview

Raven is designed as a decision layer above approved operational evidence. This page explains the deployment shape without exposing internal implementation or customer-specific architecture.

Reference Flow

Client systemsMonitoring, ticketing, dispatch, billing, topology and incident history remain client-owned sources.
Approved data boundaryOnly approved exports, replay data or scoped connectors enter a pilot. No public page grants access.
Evidence LayerEvidence is normalized into source-bound observations with labels for fact, estimate, assumption and unknown.
Decision RuntimeRaven composes decision packets from evidence, consequence, options, coordination risk, confidence and approval state.
Mira LayerMira frames budget, package, cost exposure and commercial boundaries without exposing locked results before approval.
Human ApprovalThe client-approved owner remains final authority for operational and commercial action.
Audit outcome trailActions, assumptions, unknowns and post-event review remain traceable for governance and audit. Production design uses an append-only, tenant-scoped audit trail rather than overwriteable summaries.

Deployment Shape

Public websitePublic-safe briefing only. No customer data, live collectors or production mutation.
Pilot modeReplay/import/read-only operation can validate decision exposure before production access.
Production modeRequires signed scope, tenant boundary, security review, approval gates, promoted migration plan, audit logging and rollback plan.
RollbackAny production integration must define failure behavior and recovery before activation.
Database boundaryDraft schema is not a running database. Migration promotion requires review, versioning, reversibility, synthetic test proof and owner approval.
Admin Review QueueFuture review visibility can show critical open gates, required approver role, tenant scope, audit reference and next action before release. It is read-only and performs no approval, assignment, notification, database read or customer-data load.
API request envelopeFuture API requests must pass registered endpoint id, method match, auth context, tenant scope, allowed role, audit reference, idempotency where required, rate-limit reference and provider signature where required before any listener behavior.
API guard stackFuture API activation requires one guard stack for endpoint contract, release approval, open blockers, tenant validation, RBAC, rate limit, idempotency, provider signature, error taxonomy and safe error mapping.
API boundaryThe public site does not start an API listener, write a database, call providers, accept customer data, send mail, collect payment or activate runtime.

Enterprise trust layer. Public-safe. No customer data, live collectors, provider write, checkout, mailbox action or production mutation activates here. Back to briefing
