Raven Operational Decision Runtime

How Raven Works

Raven does not ask the client to trust a black box. It shows what is known, what is estimated, what remains unknown and what a human must approve before action.

Decision Runtime Flow

1. Observation / SignalRaven starts from an operational observation, signal or candidate window, not from a generic chat prompt.
2. EvidenceSource-bound facts are separated from assumptions, estimates and unknowns.
3. ConfidenceConfidence reflects evidence completeness and decision risk, not marketing certainty.
4. Decision PacketThe packet contains problem, evidence, options, recommendation, limits and approval owner.
5. Human ApprovalRaven prepares the decision. A human authority approves, rejects or requests more evidence.
6. ReviewThe decision can be reviewed after the event with the evidence and assumption trail preserved.

What This Means For Enterprise

Not monitoringRaven can use monitoring as a source, but it is not another alert screen.
Not autonomous controlNo production action is executed from the public website or without a separate approval gate.
Not generic AI claimRaven must state evidence, assumptions, confidence, unknowns and boundaries.
Operational valueThe organization can measure whether decision delay, escalation delay or approval delay creates avoidable exposure.
